Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "Très belle expérience, on se sent bien , pas de bruit , on profite de la nature. Bonne prise en charge, un chauffeur vous dépose avec vos bagages au début et à la fin du séjour. -point d'amélioration en période de forte chaleur, moustiquaires aux fenêtres et mise a disposition d'un ventilateur dans le logement. "The most beautiful peaceful place with an amazing view and a sense of calm - we had a lake house. The park was great. You have to walk quite a bit, because of distance from the parking area to the house. The facilities are excellent. However renting bikes an paddle boards are far too expensive. "Decor a bit tired but overall the room was clean and bed comfortable.The staff were pleasant and eager to please.Overall,it was good for the price I paid."

"Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in. Staff were very warm and helpful in overcoming this obstacle. The room was large and clean, giving everyone their own bit of space. The room was not equipped with a toaster, a small added touch that would have been nice. The only other thing I found odd, which is maybe normal for France/Europe, is that there was no sink in the toilet room to wash your hands so you had to walk across the apartment to where the shower/sink was to do so. We rented the bicycles available on site and toured around the area, which was a nice added amenity. We did not partake in any spa activities, although it looked like those who did enjoyed their experience. I likely won't be back in the area, but if I were I would not hesitate to book another stay here. "

"I have been to some 5 star hotels, but Aurelia who welcomed us at reception, couldn’t do enough for us, prepared breakfast, dealt with people departing, all with such an amazing, fantastic and very special way.
