"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"Fab hotel! Lovely, clean room with a great view and right next to the funicular. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and breakfast second to none. Great place to stay to do the walk along Stoo's Ridge, which was absolutely stunning too."

Reception was very welcoming and was available to answer my questions, and I had purchased the dinner option that was offered when booking: it did not disappoint.
