"It’s literally a crackhouse. There is no management. There are tenants selling rooms for cash. There were prostitutes in the lobby. That being said the customer service at Expedia was excellent. They had us a new room booked immediately at a safe location. This was like something out of a movie!!!"

If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower was hot."
