"Lots of little crusty bits in the corners of the rooms. Hot breakfast was not hot and tasted stale, as if it had been re-heated (but only partially, because, as I said, it was not hot)."

"The room we were in didn't feel clean. There was some sort of stain (large area) on wall that we saw when we first entered the room. I can't speak to any of the other rooms but the one we were in definitely needed a facelift. "
