It was OK

The hotel is a little run down. The toilet seat was cracked, the smoke detector appeared to be disabled. We could only get one channel on the tv and then it just shut down. On the upside the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

Not a great option.

The hotel is very old, and gives the impression that it is not very clean. The walls and floors are thin - I was kept up most of the night with people stomping around the floor above. It was a non-smoking facility, but the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke from another room as well. One of the staff members was certainly friendly, but that was the only redeeming quality. Would not recommend.

You get what you pay for.

I stayed here with my daughter, for two days while she was dancing in a competition at the Convention center. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Housekeeping came to our room and did a wonderful job. The hotel is very close to the downtown so that was great. This being said the hotel reeked of smoke and marijuana everywhere. My room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I opened the window for a while and it eventually cleared out. The sheets and blankets were clean but had stains (not sure if they are being bleached. The breakfast buffet was grab and go and there was a decent variety so that was good. The price was good which is the main reason why I booked it so I guess you get what you pay for.

When booking, I ensured that the room was a non-smoking room and upon arrival, the sign at check-in notes that the building is non-smoking. However once you go near the rooms, all floors reek of smoke. We also saw footprints on the ceiling and there was a crack in the wall in the bathroom. Other reviews noted dirty sheets, blood stains, and even cockroaches.

Couldn't sleep because of a wild bunch of people on ours floor in the halls yelling all hours and a motor cycle that was playing his music and riding around in the parking lot

Sketchy area

I give props to the hotel for trying to make good of what they have, but this place has seen better days for sure. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the building is showing wear. The area is sketchy and so uncomfortable to be in. There was shady people everywhere, I would never go again for that reason alone.

Disappointing Stay

The bed was damp like a wet sponge, the room smelled of mildew, and shower was constantly dripping. We left the room early and drove back that night.

Lobby was not clean, staffing was outside smoking when we arrived. Almost every car in the dark parking lot was broken into. Made us feel very unsafe.

Quick weekend stay

The room was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. However the property could use some updates. The staff was very pleasant. The surrounding area was not I did not feel safe walking to my car alone, which the parking lot is a little bit of a walk from the door. However over all the location was convenient we will stay again.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, even though they now are a non smoking hotel the building still smells like weed. My room was okay for the most part. The walls had cracks and stains on the ceiling. Even my bed had a weird red stain and the blanket had a rip on it. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear when your neighbors down the hall are being intimate. For the most part my stay was going okay until around 11pm people were screaming back and forth at eachother right under my window. And that lasted until 1am. Overall its a okay hotel but I think the 119 I paid was too much for the condition of the room

The hotel is tucked into a back corner between fences and other buildings. It gives the impression of a sketchy neighborhood, but in reality, it’s probably just an older area. Inside is maintained well-enough. The staff is rude and would clearly rather be elsewhere…except the little older housekeeping guy. He was sweet.

Muy buena ubicación al lado de la Inter estatal y excelente apoyo del personal, Jessica y Carlos fueron muy amables y con gran disposición para ayudar en las solicitudes que tuve, por otro lado el lugar está un poco aislado lo que me dio un sentido de no ser tan seguro y las opciones comerciales para comida y otros requiere un traslado en automóvil pues cerca hay muy pocas opciones y a distancias considerables, definitivamente no recomiendo caminar por ahí

Not a terrible place, front desk was friendly

The room was in decent shape. The biggest issue was the smoke detector is missing and there are just wires hanging out of the ceiling where it should have been.
