"Hotel needs updating. Clean enough..we have 20 yr old 7lb chihuahua so Was searching “pet friendly” stay ..when checked in and had a $25 non refundable pet deposit, had to initial and sign page long pet contract, and needed info about pup. “Dogs allowed” but definitely NOT “pet friendly”….had previously stayed at a Comfort Inn and had great experience "

"Dirty… secondary door was propped open with a beer bottle as card key sensor was broken. Just dirty…had to operate tv from monitor. If you didn’t turn the refrigerator just right it would defrost, smoke detector gone as someone apparently took it out to probably smoke meth..went to call the front desk, no dial tone so I lifted the phone up to check if cord was in properly… no cord at all. I guess it was there for decoration. It’s probably the crack/ meth hotel in Pittsburgh. I unfortunately waited to the last day to find a room in Pittsburgh with two queen beds and this was the only place. Never again. Better off sleeping in your vehicle"

"AC or Heat did not work, last 2 times I stayed there the ice machines was broken. The breakfast was bad except for the biscuits & gravy wasn’t too bad. For $349 per night we will not be back"

"Little details like key wouldn,t open door, faucets and mirrors weren,t clean , stairwells weren,t clean, bed looked like it had been made by my grandkids, a large mousetrap in breakfast room. The pool looked clean, the lobby was nice, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of lighted parking, just needs updating and cleaning."
