When we arrived we were redirected to another hotel due to power being out This resulted In us being charged more than expected even though front desk said that the other hotel would honour the same prices Not impressed at all

Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge
Room was clean, beds comfortable. Good selection on the breakfast. Staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hyatt Place Windsor
We had a lovely stay. Amenities were good, kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, however I do feel other hotels have more verity of options. I would definite book this hotel again.
