The a/c unit in our room was leaking. By the smell in the room, it wasn’t a new problem. I had to put towels down on the carpet because it was so wet. I told the front desk and they just took the note. No other rooms were available so we ended up trying to tough it out. Worst decision I’ve made. Should have found a new hotel.

Staff was super nice but my room had pieces of hair everywhere. Found hair on the bed, under the sheets that was very visible to the eye, and hair all over the shower walls

Very friendly & helpful staff. They brought an extra hairdryer less than a minute after it was requested. The breakfast had a number of choices including hot eggs, sausage and make your own waffles.

Ein schönes Motel in der Nähe zum Shenandoah NP. Ruhig gelegen. Alles was man braucht, Supermarkt, Tankstelle und Schnellrestaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind oberflächlich sauber, hier muss darauf geachtet werden, dass diese mit der Zeit nicht mehr so nett aussehen.

I really liked the cleanliness and pillows on the bed. But most important...the air conditioner was quiet, and extremely efficient. Room was frigid when I first entered (62) and I dialed it up to 69, and slept the whole night through with very nice air circulation. Good American fare dining close by. I WILL come back to this hotel.

I would strongly recommend! Room was quiet and clean. The only aspect that was below average was the breakfast. No choice of bread, no bagels and not many choices of yogurt or jams.

If you trend away from Quality Inn, you’re not alone. This place has a lot going for it. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, super friendly staff on the night we arrived. Give it a try.

The staff were so friendly and polite. We travel often for basketball tournaments, and the gentleman who was maintaining the breakfast area deserves a shout out! He kept everything stocked and was constantly ensuring that all items were available. He was also very polite and friendly. He represented his employer well, and also set our morning off to a positive start!
