The entry to the parking lot is rough. We had a big rental vehicle so it was just a little bumpy but in a smaller vehicle it might have been damaged.

We absolutely loved the fire pit, cozy couches to just sit and relax, atmosphere was great, we felt at home here! We were on the 4th floor and it was alittle noisy at night, possibly because the amazing, beautiful restaurant was directly above us. Otherwise a great place to stay and enjoy.

Propertu was new and beautiful. The room was spacious and the walk in shower was great. Loved that there was an onsite bar and a quick cafe. Breakfast was hot and pretty decent f8r a hotel breakfast. Everything was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

I would have given it 5 stars but for two reasons: I instructed the cleaning staff to clean my room and make the bed etc after our first night’s stay but it wasn’t cleaned and made up and all the reception staff could do was to say sorry. Secondly the breakfast was basic. The breakfast in other Hyats I have stayed was better with more spreads.

Lots of hotel choices in the area, I like this two year old hotel which has nice outdoor seating areas and quiet rooms. Breakfast offerings are much better quality than the other chain hotels we stayed before.
