Average. Clean enough, bed comfortable and heating cooling work well and fairly quiet. Good sized room but tired. Neither we nor the front desk staff could actually get the high tech wifi TV system to actually let us watch anything. An ok stay but not sure of value for money. Staff though were very helpful. There are no onsite amenities, i.e. gym, pool,, restaurant etc.

Had a bug infestation in my room and wasn’t offered compensation, cleanliness was poor lots of stains and there is a thing that sprays you with strong men’s scented AXE like cologne whenever you use the elevator…also tried to place me in a way cheaper room thinking I wouldn’t notice…

In a word, this property is damp. Nothing looks like it’s been cleaned in years, if ever, and I would not be surprised if mold and mildew were found in the walls and under the carpet. The A/C turned itself off at 2am, would not turn back on and I could not get back to sleep as the damp hot air caused a full sinus reaction. The windows, covered in spider webs, would not stay open. The bed sheets still had someone else’s ear wax smeared on it. I got a mountain view room as a treat, but the view was only from the mini fridge. They gave me a pass to visit the public pool the next day, but come to find out the pool was closed. This was a very expensive way to get exposed to mold, and I still shutter at having to sleep in sheets that probably have not been washed in days, if not weeks. Do not stay here.

Room was quite dirty. Cobwebs inside the lampshades and bathroom not very clean. HVAC system was flaky. Overall the place felt dated and rough around the edges.

We loved the customer service. The front desk was super busy dealing with concerns from our group and other guests, but they maintained their professionalism which reflected their rating.

The rooms are dated . The rooms need a bit more everyday maintenance to things like windows and moldings. Coffee supplies not updated daily.

Place is gorgeous. Surroundings breathtaking. However, like many things in Canada, upkeep is terrible. Apparently they don't realize of the potential of these landmarks. Perhaps they're not popular enough to generate enough profit. It was pretty empty.

Some furniture are scratched not maintained well and the bathroom ceiling had a panel was not attached properly loose had other had a hole. The mirrors were not cleaned properly. Staffs were friendly.

Black mold in the shower, cleaning staff was next to not seen. Rooms need up dated, towel rack was partially falling off the wall. Cheaper room price you get what you pay for
