Valet damaged my dad's car, left six inch wide scrape all along driver side. Didn't see until shortly after we left hotel.
Spent ten minutes trying to figure out my credit card at check-in. One job to do.

It’s an updated building with nice upgrades but the view we had was of an old apartment building. We did like the room we stayed in and the front desk was really nice. Check in and out was easy and fast.

Close to restaurants, State Capitol, train station and Susquehanna River. Property is old and our bathroom smelled musty. Asked front desk for new shower curtain and sets of towels.
Check in was super easy and fast and they let me into my room early. I had some packages sent there in advance which they were kind about and made a note in my account. Friendly staff, nice room, close to Amtrak and all the restaurants!
I liked that the Hotel Staff was very friendly. Nothing to really dislike other than the elevators were a little slow.

It’s was MEH to say the least absolutely nothing to write home about. No complementary breakfast was charged like 22 a person and the food was absolutely not worth it for eggs and cereal I wouldn’t probably stay here again.

Not worthed the money - when you select in expedia by extras Parking youre getting charged for the parking but youre getting charged at the hotel again for the parking is claiming expedia didnt include the parking.
When i asked for coffee in the morning they said sure and they handed me a coffe and then the next day i see a charge of 5 dollers on my invoice.
bottom line stay away from this hotel there is much better hotels in the area for much cheaper...
summary!
Getting charged on stuff you never bought.
There is no coffee in the entire hotel except in youre room.
Poor Costomer Service.
Hotel mentained very poorly.

Went to have dinner by myself in the bar area. Sat for about 30 minutes without any service. Ended up back in my room with room service. Bartender attended on everyone but myself.

Booked here because weather was to be bad and they have a pool which was very nice and it had places to eat at the restaurant only to find out they closed the restaurant down early and had no food.
But the room was nice.

Not enough towels in the bath room. Water takes too long to warm up. Room temperature was difficult to manage. No folding table available to prop the suitcase.

Nice people but don't forget the earth
Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, lobby restroom had no soap, and several sanitizer dispensers were empty. I did not see any recycling.

They gave us a handicap accessible bathroom that flooded every time we showered. The curtain wasn’t long enough and the edge did not hold the water in. And we called for an extra comforter and never got it.
