Very nicely modeled hotel. Extremely comfortable bedding. Super friendly staff. Only complaint is how noisy it is. Very difficult to sleep when you can hear everyone walking and talking above, below, and next door to you. Reasonable hotel for the price.

We loved this spot! Very nice and great location from the park and other things. The handicap room was perfect for my mom. There was always someone there to help and the breakfast was good too. The only thing is underneath the bed were very dirty and dusty.

We have stayed here several times and overall really enjoy this hotel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the hotel is generally a good place to stay when you’re in the area. There isn’t much to do immediately around the hotel, but if you drive about 15 minutes, there are plenty of nice restaurants and attractions, including Hersheypark. There isn’t anything particularly special or luxurious about this hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, and reliable, which is really all we need for a good stay. The biggest downside is the breakfast. There is very little variety and, honestly, the breakfast is pretty disappointing. Other than that, we’ve had good experiences here and would stay again.

The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are clean. I especially like the fact that there is not carpet in the rooms. That means the rooms can be sanitized between guests! A real plus! The linen quality is high although I would have liked an extra blanket in the rooms. The breakfast area layout is a disaster when the hotel is crowded. Several mornings we are standing up at a counter where you could purchase water and snacks, etc. it is difficult to move around because of the odd design structures right in the eating area! The public restrooms needed care on several occasions as well. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We love the fresh ground coffee and that we can stream from our devices rather than only have the tv channels to watch. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

We picked this last minute and instantly we were impressed with this hotel. The pool was inviting! The kids really enjoyed themselves. They had a 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was a nice spread. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The showers were big and the water was hot. For the price we paid this was definitely a hit! We will definitely be back and booking with them again!

The room was fine, but spartan. The desk was way too small to be useful and is right beside the TV hanging on the wall, so you can't really watch and sit. The room and bathroom were very clean and I liked that there were dispensers for the shower instead of little bottles. It was louder than expected. I could hear everything in the hall and the dog barking somewhere in the hotel. I think if you are using it as a place to crash for Hersheypark, it would be great, but if you are there for a few days and will be staying in your room, not so much.

The only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because the night I stayed there was a youth soccer traveling league staying at the hotel as well. The hotel was extremely noisy in the common areas, the pool, and on the floor. Boys were running up and down the hallway unsupervised, screaming and yelling, and being a general nuisance until they settled down at 9pm. On a positive note, this is the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was very clean! I will choose this hotel again when I come to visit my parents!
