The hotel itself is good. Breakfast okish. Not the best. Could do with more variety and being hot . Ran out of tea bags, never got any even though I asked several times. Front desk is very slow. The area is not the best or safest.

The Staff were amazing, helpful and patient. I had to extend the stay for one evening but was unable to do this on the app. I booked a separate room for the additional night and the staff kindly allowed me to use the same room for the whole week! They were polite every time.I spoke to them
