"We had a great stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. We needed to switch rooms because my wife is sensitive to chemical smells, and our first room had clearly been freshly cleaned. The manager was very accommodating and moved us to an upgraded room without any hassle. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The grounds are also decorated for Christmas right now, and they look beautiful. Overall, a very positive experience."

"We had a such a lovely relaxing time. Max at the front desk was a great host and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and which is so pertinent to an enjoyable stay.We had a beautiful view from our room and it was very peaceful. Creek side market is handy and has great healthy meals to pick up with minimal prep needed. This was a wonderful getaway and very stress free and just what we needed.And what a beautiful drive in the sea-to -sky highway.We look forward to returning soon! "We had a great stay in the end. After having a few problems with the room and being admittedly too defensive and grumpy upon complaining, the day manager Pragya was able to get our problems solved and we had a great remainder of our stay. She had such a great demeanour and was able to diffuse the situation with ease and make it right. This place is having some problems with the elevator but our room was so cozy with the fireplace and the view that we hardly noticed because we didn’t come and go that much. They obviously put in the extra effort to make sure the rooms are clean and guests are comfortable. We were surprised at the quality of the sheets and the bed, and the extra cozy throw blankets and pillows. The breakfast was also notably great. "
