The food was good and the hotel was walking distance to most things on th mall. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again

My stay at Arlo DC was decent overall. The staff were genuinely great, very polite and helpful. The room, however, had visible dust when I first arrived, which made it feel like it hadn’t been checked properly before being offered. For the price of the hotel, I expected better attention to detail. Basic toiletries like a toothbrush and shower cap were also missing, which was surprising for a hotel in this category. I stayed for three nights, and while everything else was fine, the lack of cleanliness on arrival and missing amenities lowered the experience. The staff were excellent, but the room standards need improvement.

The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant, and the location was convenient for what we planned for the weekend.
