The Lion Hotel Shrewsbury
Property is well situated but is very tired, windows don’t open, beds uncomfortable, flooring cracked in the bathroom.

Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals
Hole in bath towel- and the one it was replaced with. Poor communication with spa. Tried to book a massage on 2 occasions in week preceding stay. It went to ansafone saying to leave a message and they would get back.. They never did and no massages available when we tried again on arrival. Tea/ coffee/milk ...
