This is the only one that we gave a poor rating to The front desk staff was very good and in general spoke strong English The restaurant staff was another story. The person assigned to wait on us could not really speak English. When it came to dessert, there was a dessert in the counter outside of the restaurant that I assumed worked together with they didn’t I couldn’t get that dessert while in the restaurant The room was not clean. Didn’t temper the floor had been swept at all. The shower curtain in the bathtub was about 4 inches. Too long. The bathroom did not feel clean. They had two indoor pools, but we chose not to use them concerned about cleanliness"
