"During our three-night stay at the hotel, we had a very disappointing experience. Despite being staying guests, we were repeatedly denied access to the cigar lounge, restaurants, and sky lounge. On multiple occasions, we were told that the restaurants were either exclusively booked or closed, which was surprising given that we were hotel guests. When we brought this matter to the attention of the managers, they were unable to assist us or provide any reasonable alternatives. Their lack of support was frustrating and left us feeling that guests staying at the hotel were not being prioritized. Throughout our entire stay, we were only able to sit in the sky lounge once. Additionally, the attitude and behavior of certain staff members—particularly the cigar lounge managers—were quite disrespectful and unprofessional, which further impacted our overall experience. Overall, the service fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this level."

"The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any special request. Mr Raza Subtain was definitely very pleasant at all times in his daily greetings. It was a joy to get to know him and the fro t desk personnel. "

"The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations. There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The maintenance level was poor, with worn paint, stained curtains, and generally unfinished surfaces. Breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was below standard. After one night, I decided to leave early, even though my reservation was for four nights, because the conditions were far below standadrd and not comfortable for me. I requested a rebate for the unused nights, but it was declined. I still left due to the smell. Overall, this property needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again."

"The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again."

"The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! "I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."
