In a residential area of Rabat - to the left of the estate is a lagoon that’s very popular with locals and to the right a quiet beach. The views from the hotel are wonderful so definitely recommend ocean view. If travelling with kids and hoping to explore the city - I would recommend a car. Staff were so accommodating of our baby and truly took care from housekeeping to concierge.

Many people say the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. For us the hotel resort was a paradise! We were there for 4 days to relax and unwind, charge our batteries and this is the place to do it! Little bit expensive for what you get but it’s nice place to stay

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at riad zyo. The staff were polite and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was a delight . The hotel was spotless and the rooms were cleaned daily.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in the heart of the Medina. Well located with most of the main sites within walking distance. Also a secure underground carpark a few minutes walk away if you are driving. The place itself is beautifully styled, the rooms clean and comfortable. Also despite being within the hustle and bustle of the Medina nice and quiet. Make sure to include breakfast if you book here as you get a filling spread to set you up for the day. Beautifully renovated Riad in the Medina - all done in a light style so it feels relaxing and airy. The rooftop area has loungers and a small pool which provides a refreshing and relaxing space after exploring Rabat. Saad was particularly helpful - thank you!

Just got back from here. We got a 2 room apartment across from the main building. It had a fully equipped kitchen (that we didn't use) too. The staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was quiet, quaint and quirky and suited us fine but don't expect the same type of rooms as new build 4 star. Think this was built in 1815 and the apartment reflects this in style.
