The downsides are (1) Hotel being a little opportunistic in getting more from customers - they could have provided a room earlier but refused to unless half day charges are paid. A room was available for early check in (2) Bathroom was not clean in a few areas (3) Our room bell did not work"

"The guy at the reception did not allot us the room as he told that we haven’t received any confirmation from Expedia. Then we came to know that if you don’t pay advance or part payment, you are not given the room. He was so rude that he didn’t even allow us to sit in the reception and offered us the stay in another hotel with double money. We had a very bad experience at the hotel. We did not recommend anyone for this hotel"
