A new hotel in Haputale, nice comfortable room with a great view, located an easy 5 mins from the train station, WiFi and breakfast were excellent and staff very helpful, I can’t fault this budget hotel. From here we did a trip to Horton Plains and Liptons seat we used a local taxi guy Raju 0775870379 who was excellent.

Beautiful setting, very remote and high altitude. Weather was so much cooler than the south . Long trousers and Jumper recommended for evening and morning. Rain coat f you are doing hikes . We had a super time here , staff were outstanding and the level of detail was perfect. Hot water bottle in bed at night was so welcoming. Two nights to chill. Full board , all drinks , snacks all great with a lovely afternoon tea by the infinity pool.

I had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos, which I really appreciated. Everything was as expected, and overall I was quite happy with my stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a lovely night at Tathya Hills - the staff were very helpful regarding our travel plans and also gave very good food recommendations. The room was lovely with a huge comfortable bed and a clean spacious bathroom. Location wise everywhere we wanted to go was within a short Tuk Tuk ride or walk.

Fabulous eco-retreat in the rural wilderness of Sri Lanka. Loved the feel and vibe of this resort. Everyone was super friendly and we came away very relaxed after a two night stay. Unlike anywhere wise we visited on our two week trip. Recommended

Wow, what a place! Loved our room with patio and the views were just to die for. Great view of the Ella waterfall which you could hear from the property. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Lovely cup of tea on arrival and water whenever you need it. Breakfast was amazing and huge. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Ella as it was nice and peaceful and oh, did I mention those views!

We were stunned by everything at Jetwing Kaduruketha. Our Villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view over the paddy fields. The service was unobtrusive but excellent. The food exceptional and our butler (who we called Can Do because he could do everything) was special. We will long remember him and his smile. We stayed at the Poomaz Peace palace for 3 nights. The accommodation is within minutes of the main street and because of the close proximity you can hear the live music each night. However the music usually does stop by 23:00. The room was spacious and clean and offers a fridge, kettle, hair dryer, soap, towels and has a shared balcony where breakfast is served each morning. Fabulous! Had 2 nights here. Our beehive was lovely. Nicely set up. Balcony was a great place to sit and watch the weather go by. Amazing views. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Meals were lovely. Would love to revisit.

98 Acres is a special property and we were so excited to stay here on our trip in Sri Lanka. The resort did not disappoint and I will always think back to our stay here with fond memories. The view from the rooms is breath taking and there is lots to do within walking distance (Little Adam's Peak and Ella Bridge) which is a bonus). The staff were great, especially in the restaurant. I hope to be back one day.

Lovely old bungalow. The butler service we had was exceptional. It’s cold at night so fires in rooms & hot water bottles in bed at night. Food really good. They don’t have a drink license so happy to serve your own. I just recommend you keep your gin in your room rather in their fridge.

Budget priced hotel in an excellent location near to centre but quiet. Excellent breakfast, lovely sitting area and attentive staff. Would recommend
