We love that we have a wonderful and beautiful view of the mountains. It is so close and you can walk into town. It is quiet and peaceful while you are looking at the view. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place."

"I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "
