"I was in Richmond for a conference and the location was convenient. Parking is not included but I parked in a lot less than a block away for a reasonable cost. The design of the hotel is very cool and it seems to be staffed by students. The bar and restaurant looked very cool but I didn’t eat there. "

"The room seemed very dirty. It’s as if housekeeping came in, changed sheets, dusted the main spots, and rinsed the bathroom and sink. The linoleum floor had visible spots that were sticky, the corners of the room seemed untouched, and the bathtub could have used a real scrub. "

"The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5 minutes. Despite the water pressure, make sure you make it quick! "
