Aus der Wand hängen kabel ohne lampen. Das bad war verdreckt und verkrustet. Wen haare im bett nicht stören und als zahnputzbecher kleine pappbecher mit innen schwarzen rückständen akzeptiert ist hier richtig. Für keinen service, einfachste und wiid zusammen gewürfelte, billige Einrichtung sind die Preise anspruchsvoll. Verbuchen wir das Erlebnis unter dem motto: EINMAL UND NIE WIEDER

Nice Hotel and comfortable to stay, But no reception in the night and they helped via Phone calls and guided well to collect key and access to Room. Mr.Uber is very helpful

Laut den von Expedia zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen soll im Hotel täglich ein Empfang zw. 17 und 19:30 Uhr vorhanden, das Hotel ansonsten unter einer Telefonnummer erreichbar sein. Die Telefonnummer 2 Tage vor unserem Aufenthalt angerufen - während der angeblichen Service-Zeit - offensichtlich auf eine Handy-Mailbox umgeleitet. Dort bat ich zunächst um Rückruf. (Erfolgte dann 2 ! Tage späte.) Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit erreichte ich eine junge Dame, die mir erklärte, wo ich den Zimmerschlüssel (mit Namensaufkleber) fände. - Sie nannte mir bereits auch eine Zimmernummer. Bei unserer Abreise am Montag Morgen sei jemand im Haus, ein Frühstück werde aber nicht angeboten. (Der Rückruf - kurz vor unserer Abreise - nannte nochmals die Nummer der Schlüsselbox, dabei konnte man den Anrufer erst durch die angegebne Nummer identifizieren, der Rest war ziemlich unverständlich!) Bei der Ankunft beim Hotel konnten wir in der Box einen Schlüssel mit unserem Namen finden, die Zimmernummer aber war eine völlig andere als zuvor angegeben. Das Zimmer selbst war einfach eingerichtet, aber eher schon ein geräumiges Appartement, sauber! Handtücher etc. vorhanden. Insofern ohne Beanstandung. Bei der Abreise, Montag Morgen um 7:30, war niemand ! im Haus. Anruf bei der Tel.-Nr.: wieder nur Anrufbeantworter. Meine Bitte um Zusendung einer Rechnung an eine deutlich, 2-fach angegebene E-Mailadresse ist bis jetzt (Mi., 10:20) nicht erfüllt! ???
