"Check in was quick and easy and the person who checked us in was great and offered to help us find things to do. Room was very clean and comfortable and I slept very well each night. Upon check out it transpired we had been allocated a different room in their system and charged for a breakfast package we didn’t have, but the person who checked us out was able to resolve it easily and without issue. "Pros: free laundry, good location, quiet, modern design of building and rooms Cons: the shower is the badly designed and water goes on the floor, room and hallway smelled of food at times due to people cooking, layout of room is pretty awkward/tight and would be an issue for bigger people or those with mobility issues"

"Staff were really nice and the breakfast was great. The room was cool. It’s a slightly odd set up in that it has two separate towers so you sometimes have to travel down, across and then up again to get to one of the amenities. But it was an excellent and very family-friendly hotel. "

The hotel is in a very weird and hidden place, and to have to pay for parking in an area like this is ridiculous! Unfortunately, this self service that is expensive trend is quite sadening. The rooms are like a dormatory and super basic with bed that remind me of my poor childhood. Definitely not worth the money..."
