"Motel is a short walk to the hot spring pools. It was-3 at night but we were nice and warm and rooms were sound proof as could not here any guests."

"The Owners were amazing with complimentary newspaper to suggestions on where to dine. The room was serviced in a very timely manner. Plugs and additional mirror were well placed. Complimentary cookies were a nice touch."

"We stayed in a chalet, it was a great for our needs, had everything at hand. The property is great, especially for kids. A couple of minutes drive to town, maybe a bit far to walk to dinner with small kids. Our only "issue" was the shower pressure. It had none. But that didnt ruin an otherwise fantastic holiday."

"Great staff on arrival, also asked if we had stayed before which was a yes. Rooms were large with Big screen TV for sports playing that evening. Easy access to town by foot, no car required and Hanmer Springs is a very safe town."
