"Great location, safe area super walkable. Staff was very friendly. Easy instructions to follow. It almost felt like at was staying at someone’s cozy house. I stayed there 3 night in one of the shared bathroom rooms and I never had an issue with it being occupied when needed and it was always clean. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place!"

"The room at the Westin Copley Place was good. The rooms are spacious with great views of the city. Nice touch to have Starbucks coffee available in the room, as well as a decent line up of tv channels. We did find the beds to be a little soft though, and the stable style doors to the bathroom could be replaced to provide more privacy. "

"Staff was good, room clean. Thin walls, barking dog, fire alarm, maid trying to enter room without knocking. Bathroom vanity is tiny!!!"

"The hotel is walking distance from the Prudential Center and Northeastern University, which we were visiting on this trip. The hotel happen to be under construction so there was some noise in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had tea and coffee throughout the day like most hotels, but they only had water. I was also a little surprised that even though we had a room with 2 beds, they only gave 3 towels (instead of 2 each). Overall, our stay was great. "

"Great location and lovely apartment meeting all our needs. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, kitchen had basic dinnerware and some minor appliances. Staff were very kind and helpful and the parking lot in the back of the houses was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again."
