"The hotel was clean, and the staff were cordial and welcoming. However, the queen bed felt a bit smaller than expected, both in appearance and comfort. The lack of breakfast options—or even food available for purchase—may be inconvenient for guests who prefer to eat before heading out for the day. My room was on the ground floor, and noise from guests walking around upstairs late at night made it difficult to sleep."

"We were there for 3 nights. If we could have left without loosing money we would have. The breakfasts were horrific. My grandson got ill from the sour milk from dispenser The yogurt, juice and coffee dispenser were all broken. No fresh fruit We made pb sandwiches which was the only safe alternative . We could hear everything from our neighbors including when they were in the bathroom . Our bathroom door was a hung door which didnt close properly and would open on its own I did not feel the nightly 40 Dog fee was clear. Bed and hot showers were good. This was not a budget friendly hotel my family and I expected more from a National chain such as the Best Western. We will NOT be reserving with them again ."

"I recently went to Terramor Outdoor Resort for my best friend’s 30th birthday, and we had the best time. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The atmosphere was relaxing and made the whole experience feel extra special. They also had a new chef, and the food was absolutely delicious, our meal exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was such a memorable trip, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable getaway. Also, Acadia National Park was outstanding. We paid for a tour that was done by a local and all I gotta say is look at the pictures. They speak for themselves. Can’t wait to go back!"
