Just a few downsides: -The room gets too hot during the day even though it is cold outside and the A/C was not cooling the room at all. Seems it only heats the room more. -They knocked our door for room service one day, then another day they rang our room phone after 8pm! They woke up our baby both days 😐. -They have security...
