First let me say that. This place is completely run down. I seen my first red flag as i was checking in. And the lady kept saying show me the room first. Well as i get too the room. It looked like the door had been kicked in by police. Then as i walked in. I said ok its nice inside. I go use the bathroom. Then try to wash my hands. As i lift the lever to turn the water on. It completely falls off. That's the 2nd red flag. Then as i examine the room. The room is actually not nice. Once you turn the lights on. The rugs are filthy. Theres no screen to the window. I sat on the bed. And it sounded like i was going through the wall. Like the bed was built out of Styrofoam or something. Idk. After being there for 2 hrs. I just checked out and went to a much better place. Now i see why the have so many signs up. Stating no refunds. They know the condition of the property. And they know people will try to get a refund once they enter the room. This is a very bad establishment. Poor at how its ran. And they know it. And they don't care. Cause less fortunate people have no choice but to stay here. Everyone should examine the room before paying.

Want to feel uneasy?
The front desk girl was super helpful and nice. That was the extent. The rooms were dirty, the hallways were dirty, the entire place smelled like smoke [of numerous kinds]. We had people knocking on doors in the middle of the night brandishing weapons. It was overall a very poor stay. This hotel should be condemned. It appeared that it was only suitable for prostitution and violence, not restful sleep or comfort. If I was involved in shady business dealings it would have been perfect.

I'm was disappointed with the facility. The moment you enter the small lobby, the stench of smoke was sickening. The condition of the building is not great. It needs a good paint job. All the rooms doors and hallways need a good paint job. The lamp shades in the rooms are dirty. The bedspread had cigarette burned holes and spots with stains. Need better furniture in the rooms. The bath tub was yellow and brown. We were moved to another room. The whole place needs a good cleaning. No soap, hair shampoo, and conditioner in the dispensers. The tissue holder empty. If you're preparing for a guest, management should make sure these things are in place. I will not be using Super 8 by Wyndham any more. Management really needs to spruce up the place. Get a loan and invest in fixing up the place. The location was convenient for us. But, never again! ..

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. They didn’t have any nonsmoking rooms on the first floor! They advertised a free breakfast but didn’t even have an area that used to be a breakfast area! Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, A/C was loud and stunk.

It was very loud and noisy all night long. Was not able to get any sleep and we had to get up early the next day. Very disappointing. Staff at front desk did not seem to care about our concerns, just getting their money. We had to pay for a second night even though we didn't stay a second night. It was too dirty and noisy to stay another night. We decided to drive all the way home instead of stay. I would like refund on the second night.

Breakfast was not provided but was advertised. No housecleaning for the 11 days I was there. Surprise $50 damage deposit required at checkin (not refunded to date). Fleas in the hallway that got into my room - I think from long term residents placing their garbage in the hall at night. Desk was not manned for much of the day - had to call to get service. Not a smile in the place.

i never checked into the hotel, as soon as i got out of my car a man accosted me demanding money. i went inside and told the desk clerk. that i could not stay there it was to unsafe. she also told me to cancel my stay online. when i tried to do this i was told they could not find my iteneray number. and i got charged any way.

Made a reservation weeks ago for a trip to see a show at the Hampton Coliseum. Initially was only for 2 nights but we decided to come down a day early, called (twice) last week asking to add a day before and they said no problem. We can even stay in the same room they said. My boyfriend gets there goes to check in they said there's no reservation but it's okay we have a room. Nbd, next think we know we are both being charged. He got charged when he checked in and our reservation( that they didn't have they said) got charged as well. So spoke to the lady at the front desk and told me I was wrong and put her fingers right in my face and said I'm talking to him (my boyfriend). Mind you my card was the one charged off the booking I made that they said they didn't have. Told me I was wrong repeatedly even while showing my bank statement. I then give her my reservation number and she goes oh you canceled. Clearly not since I'm here. Fought with us for over an hour yelling at us. Just for another guy to come help and tell her she's wrong and gave us back our entire stay. Incredibly rude, she said we get so many reservations it's hard to check in all of them. Okay? That's your job and how is that my problem. That's why I make a reservation online so I don't run into issues and be double booked and tell me I'm wrong to my face then swear in another language thinking we don't know what they are saying. Will never stay here again. It was incredibly gross and the free breakfast is a joke

Don't believe the hype!!!
Its definitely not what you see in the advertising. Carpets were filthy, bed linen had cigarette burns, looked like illegal actions were on the property and my tv was broke. I do not blame Hotels.com, and will use them again just won't go to this hotel again.

The room was horrible and they refused to even let me clean it. There was dirt clogs and chunks all over the floor. The bed had black fuzz all over and definitely wasn't cleaned. The desk attendant was rude and didn't seem to care that the room wasn't clean. He wouldn't give me a complete refund even though we only stayed in the room less than 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Could just be a coincidence but I felt like I had bed bugs all over me from the short stay. Don't EVER stay here. You're better off sleeping outside on the ground. It's probably cleaner.

The desk lady had a huge attitude when i approached her..she was very rude.the room were very out dated.the bed comforter had cigarette burn holes in it.the lamps had rust on them.the screan in the window was all bent up barley holding on...very very out dated!!!!

I like the place and I stay there, but I was in the military and I am used to the kind of shady characters that hang around there. There is smoke all over, even in the non smoking rooms. Nobody cares about rules anymore. The owner was doing his best, but you can't really combat that.
