"For a 1 night stay in random NH, this place suited our needs. It's a little outdated and there was a bit of a smell when we got in the room, but having the window open aired it out. Beds were comfortable. "Breakfast" was a coffee/tea station that had what you needed, but could've tasted better and hot water cooler didn't work. We didn't use it, but the indoor pool/jacuzzi was an option. It did seem a bit outdated and dinky, but spacious. Perhaps if we were there longer, we might've tried it out....

"“We are a retired couple staying for the second time, following a Casino Ballroom concert. The hotel is centrally located and offers beautiful front rooms with balconies overlooking the beach. Although it has three floors and no elevator due to its vintage inn-style design, the updated rooms are small but comfortable. Amenities include a newer king bed, older chairs, a mini fridge, a large screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and wall-unit air conditioning. The tiny bathroom is also updated and very clean....
