"I had high expectation because it is Holiday Inn, but not totally delighted with the facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers great breakfast! The room was decent, but carpet seems to be filthy. The ceiling in our restroom had signs of leak from the top floor, but not properly fixed. The elevators were not properly maintained."
