"The property charged more than the rate I booked through Expedia. The staff did not refund my deposit or the rate difference as promised. The overall experience was disappointing from what was advertised. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will definitely not stay at this location again."

"Start with the check-in was okay. Got into the first room the the bottom of the door had a rubber attached to it that every time you move the door it squealed. Had to ask for a different room. Got to the second room it was not any better the chair was stained and dirty like somebody threw up on it. Had to ask for a blanket or something to cover it up cuz it was too gross to even set my suitcase on. The walls have areas where it look like somebody threw up and wasn't clean properly. There was also in the bathroom where the cover came off of some wiring. Very disappointed Got woke up at 5:30 in the morning with the police next door with people screaming and yelling. And pounding on doors. It was just a horrible stay."

"Check in was very easy, the gentleman was very nice. He explained about the breakfast buffet but that was all. I had to ask the next morning when to expect house keeping (since Covid every hotel is different!) and ask about the password for the free wi-fi. The room and main areas were clean but the hotel is showing age. The bed was ok but the chair and sofa were uncomfortable. In the description of the hotel when checking them out said the breakfast buffet was "best in the area". I beg to differ on that, it was all right but not the best."

"I booked the hotel room last minute for Nascar weekend. Upon arriving to the hotel, there was quite literally 8 homeless people hanging out on the side of the building. they were there constantly throughout the trip and shouting at night sometimes. The area did not really feel safe and gave a seedy vibe. The AC did work, but it was a big old window unit AC that was very loud. Ice machine did not work whatsoever. The walls are also incredibly thin, you can hear everything going on in the hallway and the room next door. The room above me had children running back and forth late into the night. I do give credit that the room was clean, linens were clean and provided plenty of towels. Issues are not really the staffs fault, but I will not be staying here again. And I suggest avoiding if you can."
