Upon check-in, we were told there were no more room keys to give out and in order to get into hotel room, the front desk staff had to let us in the room. The Villas at Carter Plantation
This room had mold and a cockroach. Had not been cleaned there was mold around the front entrance. I have 4 pictures showing the issue. We want a refund.
