"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."
"Centric hotel with very clean rooms and spa area. Unfortunately we could not try the spa treatments but we enjoyed the pool and saunas. There is also a great breakfast included. The staff is professional and helpful. "
"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! "The staff (Jana) was great! There was a tournament happening at the arena so the hotel was hosting about 100 young boys this weekend. Fortunately, everyone behaved respectfully and the flurry settled at a reasonable time. The rooms were small and did not have a coffee maker but they were clean and very comfortable! The breakfast had a nice selection. We would stay again!"
