"Amazing day! The staff was the best part. We asked for an ice machine, but they don’t have them at hotels in Europe. A very nice staff member immediately helped us and ran and got us ice for our water bottles for the day. Went out of his way. Amazing place to stay!"

"This Hotel has been revamp from the 7o's they have done a great job, the Loby and rooms all transformed as new. The staff were excellent. The Hotel is a bit disjointed but easy to find. close to railway station. The European restaurant was fantastic food. The bed was comfortable. "

"Great, clean hotel with a lovely breakfast that has a lot of variety. Fruit selection is awesome and it's really nice that they cut up the oranges and grapefruit for you, makes it much easier to eat. Room had strong AC which was definitely needed in the summer heat. Staff was very friendly too."

"Your staff took wonderful care of us from the moment of check- until check out. Valet parking was just what we needed after a long drive. When we arrived in our room we were greeted with a clean spacious space with air conditioning to our American standards. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hand written welcome letter for our family which also included a plate of chocolates. Wow! The beds were very comfortable and provided a well night’s rest. In the morning we had the most fabulous breakfast that also included a remarkable view of the city. Upon checking out, we were given the most thoughtful gift. I highly recommend IMLAUER hotel! "
