"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. "This is our second stay at the Radisson Blu in Hammamet.The people, the service and the food are terrific. The pool and private beach are a highlight for us as we journey each year to Asia and this is our time to relax and prepare for the onward journey home. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and Sophia in Guest Relations was wonderful in preparing for us a one-day outing to El Jim. "
"I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay.
