I booked in this hotel for a week, when i was late one day, they didn't accept my booking they said its cancelled, but they couldn't provide me any evidence about cancellations, when i asked whats youre nams the receptionist, he said i dont have any names, i asked if i can talk to your manager, he said wait, i talk to another man, he said its not my business talk to Expedia, nothing to do with me, he was like a cleaner not his boss, i was very disappointed and i booked in another hotel and fighting to take my money back, because they charged me a week while they said its cancelled

La camera non era quella delle foto nella prenotazione, la struttura è fatiscente e la camera in particolare malandata. La cena non a bouffete è stata soddisfacente, buona e abbondante, colazione continentale scarsa.

Not recommended for solo female european ladies

I would advise any British women travelling alone or in pairs to avoid this hotel, with the exception of low season dates. The staff are very courteous and helpful, but, upon my arrival with my elderly Mother mid-September, I was continually harassed , followed, and propositioned ( once for money) during my 2 day stay, by Algerian male guests. Out of season, with no predatory males, we had a good experience in May, which is why we returned, Select your dates carefully. The rooms are awful. The reception is very nice

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura tramite hotels, ma all'arrivo, l'hotel era chiuso al pubblico. Abbiamo dovuto trovare un'altra struttura. Nel complesso la struttura sembrava abbastanza abbandonata a se stessa.

Hotel confortevole, vicino al mare

L'esperienza a Hotel La Couronne è nel complesso positiva, sia per la ristorazione che per il confort della camera. Manca di pulizia un po' piu' accurata nella sala ristorante, ma servizio e personale molto efficiente e disponibile. Segnalo che la mia camera un po' vicino alla reception e un po' di via vai alla sera di clienti algerini disturba la quiete generale.

Great hotel with amasing location

We stayed in hotel La Couronne in october and november 2016. Hotel has great location, you can walk to beatifull white beach 5 min and you can be in Hammammet or Jasmin after 10 min by driving on Taxi. Taxi is always avaiable and cheap. Personal and managers of hotel speak many languages and we are very happy that nearly all of them speak also english what is great. I can fully recommend this hotel to all turists. Hotel is clean, safe and absolutly all personals and managers are super helpfull and they are always there for you. What we liked most is restaurant. They have great food ( lot of difrent meals always fresh, fruits and unreal good cakes and deserts. All managers in hotel restaurant care about you with special attentions and you can always looking foward to go eat there. Rooms are large, you have there everithing important and room servise clean the room every day. In hotel is as well amasing bar with great personal, they served us amasing drinks. Absolutly best thing was using of pools ( when was nice warm weather we used outdoor pool , after was more colder we could use nice warm water 33 degrees in inside pool. ) We had great experience in hotel La Couronne and we are looking forward go back there in year 2017.

Séjour parfait méme si l 'hotel n'est pas tout neu

Situé a 500 mètres de la plage , piscine : intérieure non chauffée (vraiment dommage) , extérieure non chauffée également .plage privative avec transats et parasols, chambres méritant une rénovation du coté de la salle de bain . Etat de l’hôtel acceptable . les gros plus : personnel très gentils et attentionnés , animateurs même au mois d'octobre , sympathiques et non envahissants toujours prêt pour un tennis , un minigolf , fléchettes .. pas de spectacle le soir nous étions très peux. malgré le manque de clients nous avons toujours trouvé largement a manger (a nos envies et a notre faim) . serviettes disponible gratuitement pour la baignade , le coffre fort dans la chambre est a 2 dinars /jour( 80 cts €) . Compter 5 a 8 dinars (2 a 3€ ) de taxi pour aller a la médina d' Hammamet ou a yasmine Hammamet . Sur place un prestataire propose des services tel que quad, bateau pirate,tatouage, Etc...ainsi que quelques habits , lunettes , bijoux, nécessaire de toilettes , il est a votre écoute et les tarifs restent raisonnable Pour aller a tunis des bus sont au départ de hammamet a de prix inférieus a 2€/personne/trajet ou des louages pour les plus téméraires.

Hotel naz!!!

Je suis déçu! Mon mari et moi avons trouvé un hotel fantôme. Pas d'animation le bar de la piscine fermé celui de la plage pareil. Et pour couronner le tout une piscine vide ?! Nettoyage de printemps sauf que nous avons eu le droit au "elle sera prête demain ne vous en faite pas" arrivé le Jeudi départ le lundi, elle n'était toujours pas prête le lundi... À la plage les transats étaient deja rangés les matelas pareil... On nous dis que la saison fini le 15 sept sauf que nous sommes arrivés le 15 et parti le 19 septembre. Nous avons payé pour une chambre d'hôtel et une plage sans service, mm pas d'eau pour s'hydrater... Un all inclus très restreint. Nous nous sommes plaind à la réception excédés d'entendre oui c'est fermé désolé ou non nous n'avons pas de service de bagagerie (devoir monter des bagages seul avec une personne en fauteuil c'est limite) Un hotel soi-disant adapté, Ms alors mise à part la rampe pour l'entree et un ascenseur, peu rassurant, il n'y avait rien d'adapté. Un vrai enfer pour la personne à mobilité réduite. Brf heureusement que les personnes du restaurant et la réception étaient là sans eux je pense que je me serais pendu dans ma chambre (rire jaune ) L'hôtel reste certe peu cher mais il y a un minimum entre un service restreint et rien. Nous avons vite fait de finir nos jour et nous sauver. L'hôtel à tout de même reconnue être en service minimum et nous a remboursé une nuitée en dédommagement. À oui j'oubliai l'accès à la plage est horrible!

Un sejour desastreux, A notre arrivee nous constatons que la piscine exterieur est vide et quelle sera rempli bien evidement apres notre depart , que la climiatisation dans l'hotel ne marche pas apparement par souci d'economie. je demande une boisson car mon sejour est en tout inclus on me sert une sorte de soda pression degeulasse et chaud, je demande alors une biere esperant me desalterer mais la reponse me fut negative plus de biere pression. bon passaons, arrivee a la chambre un gros cafard dans la salle de bain. la climatisation etait d'une salete nous avions peur de la faire marcher.Et je ne parle pas du buffet.

Bin null zufrieden und kein weiter Empfehlung

Das hotel hat vielleicht höchstens ein Sterne und kein 3 Sterne.. ich habe all inklusive bezahlt aber habe leider nur voll ponsion bekommen es gab nur morgens, Mittags und abends essen. Es Gab nur ein mini Restaurant aber kostet alles extra. Getränke: die haben nur caffe und Saft schmeckt wie wasser, Cola Fanta ect nur pression also kein normale Flaschen und schmeckt auch wie Wasser Zimmer ist so alt und kein warmes Wasser, kein Kühlschrank, kein Telefon, Fernbedienung des Klimaanlage war kapput. Restaurant: für das Frühstück gab's nur Brot, Käse, Salami, Butter Marmelade und salad, man kann net sagen das er in einem Hotel ist sogar Zuhause kann man besser frühstücken. Mittags und Abendessen fehlen auch viele wichtige Sachen z.b. kein fleisch kein Pommes kein Pizza kein Eis und viel mehr... Getränke war nur wasser dabei und alles in bilig Plastik Bäche. Das Abendessen war bis 9uhr danach gab's Nichts mehr zum essen. Also ich war wirklich geschockt, bei so einem hotel gibt's überhaupt kein all inklusive und man bekommt dafür nur voll ponsion und das reicht auch nicht für voll ponsion. Ich Bin unzufrieden und werde niemanden so ein hotel empfehlen.
