Clean room. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No bowls for cereal. A/C unit was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Had to call the answering service to get door code. Took about 15 minutes to get into the cabin.

Hotels.com gave us a full price that included all taxes and fees. Checking in, he used that as the base price and added taxes and fees on top of that. When I pointed this out he just said he wasn't doing anything, I could call Hotels.com. Never had that happen before. Shower was just warm enough ...
