The main lobby bar was closed for renovation. Some elevators were not working. Long line for breakfast so I had to eat at other locations. I have stayed at the Westgate many times over the years and this time was the most disappointing.

Very dated and as a pet friendly hotel, should have more of a grassy area. Not sure about breakfast as we left at 9:15 and apparently was already done? Air conditioner ran full blast all night and never seemed very cold
