The hotel was fine but not worth the price paid for a five star “experience”. Granted we stayed here during the “off season” but service wasn’t great.

The service was amazing. The team at Rosewood is very professional, kind, and courteous. I cannot say enough about the people!! From the bell desk, reception (Lawrence and Jada), to the restaurants, room service, and housekeeping-simply impeccable! Sul and the Ocean Club and of course Brasserie! I love this property and the piece of beautiful serene Bermuda that it allowed us to enjoy.

Beautiful Hotel!
Gorgeous property with excellent customer service and variety of incredible restaurants. The private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Our only recommendation is to add hot tubs. The pools close down for a few months in the winter but hot tubs can be utilized year-round. Would love to stay again soon but will probably wait until pools open in the early spring!

Bermuda Delight
This is a full service resort with both golf and beach access on the property. There are 2 pools, a couple of restaurants and bars. Staff are accomodting and friendly.

Looking Forward to Our Return
Wonderful property with excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of the lady bartender at Tucker's Bar the last 2 nights. She was as cold and standoffish as Andre was warm and engaging. It also seems the hospitality staff, while very friendly, is stretched rather thin as we saw the same people at virtually every venue at different times of day. While the food was adequate, we were somewhat surprised how simply adequate it was. Perhaps we were simply expecting so much more...
