As advertised - clean and spacious. Loved the downtown location. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a skylight that made bathing very enjoyable.

The property was great and located well for what we wanted to to and the Simply Comfort Team very helpful. I'd point out that the photo's are generic and of the larger apartment, the one bed is much smaller.

Horrible communication
They asked for a lot of personal information (Driver's license, photo...) before the arrival by email and the information, security seems not so good. The information to access the room was sent really late, making it seems like a scam...Was definitely not the best experience.

Never got to stay at the property i was actually really pissed that my money was taken by expedia and that i wasn't able to get a refund... so im not at all impressed with the overall situation

I was not able to contact them at all and was not able to access the property. I had an issue with transmitting my photo ID and couldn't reach a person. The messaging bot was not helpful. The phone number they provided to call incase of problems was not valid.

This place is very small but has full kitchen. Location is pretty good but price is little over priced because there is no parking, very tiny space, no elevators and no front count. This place is good for a person who is looking for nice location and short-term lease in that area. it is like a old flat. I stayed here for about a month and my experience was okay. I loved kitchen but I wised the place is little bigger.

Nope. Find somewhere else.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy. This property is not in a safe area. Drug use was taking place by residents - probably why they could be heard fighting. Was told there was on-site parking but received a parking permit for a parking lot 1.5 blocks away. The shower was incredibly small - a toddler would likely have a hard time showering in it. The only television is located in the bedroom. The bedroom is so small you can hardly fit between the wall and the foot of the bed. I left early, after paying for an extended stay, and tried to see about a partial refund. Was informed it was non refundable so I paid over $4,000 for 1 week in a terrible place.

It was an excellent experience staying here, very quiet .Only issue was lack of sanitizer at tge entrance door, entrance needs cleaning, back of the building needs cleaning. Overall, it was so good.
