"Shower had a very slow drain, mentioned to front desk staff and was promptly attended to. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold selections. Very efficient and friendly staff, check in/out was quick. "

"There was a nice feel to this hotel. It felt homely with it's creaky wooden stairs and beautiful bannister; when we came in late at night and let ourselves in through the big door with a key and crept up the stairs to our room so we didn't disturb any others, it felt like coming home! The staff were kind and smiley. Everything was simple but very clean and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choice: fresh fruit, yoghurt, meats, smoked salmon, cheeses and breads. A small selection of hot food such as scrambled eggs, boiled egg and bacon. Plus coffee, cakes, croissants with conserves and a huge variety of teas. I highly recommend this hotel. It is just out of the town by a park but within minutes you can walk into the centre of Hameln with a wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants and the most beautiful buildings - lots with history and tales to be told! "

"The hotel and the people at the hotel were brilliant. The check in how ever was schocking. We came late at night with two kids .The codes for rhe entrance and room were not showing in the recieved e mail or sms. That was a real downer. As the hotel itself and the personal were so helpfull after our initial issue. Would defnetly recoment the hotel . "

"Lovely hotel in the old town area. My room was really spacious and was spotlessly clean and the price included a good buffet breakfast. Everywhere I wanted to see was within walking distance and if I was in the area again I would stay here again"
