Centralt och prisvärt.

Efter incheckning erhöll jag ett mail att hotellet tyvärr inte kunde ta emot den period som jag bokat och betalat för. Märkligt, och då vi redan bott på hotellet en natt och personalen inte sade något om det ignorerade vi helt enkelt detta. I övrigt var hotellet under renovering men vi fick ett fint rum så vi är klart nöjda med vistelsen. Skönt med gångavstånd till centrum. Trevlig stad.

Check In schon vor 14 Uhr möglich. Leider passte das Badezimmer bezüglich Optik und Ausstattung nicht zum Schlafzimmer. Handtuch des vorherigen Gasts wurde vergessen. Einige Bereiche des Hotels noch Baustelle. Wirkt wie in östlichen Ländern: Wenn wieder Geld da ist, dann wird weitergebaut. Solange bleibt es Baustelle.

Für den Preis war alles ok. Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau bzw. Renovierung was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Wir benötigten eine Bleibe für eine Nacht und es war in Ordnung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir sind gespannt wie es sich dort entwickelt. Kommen noch mal wieder.

Gute Betten und sehr ordentliches Frühstück. Alle Bediensteten waren sehr freundlich. Allerdings sind die äußerlich erkennbaren Baumängel nach Instandsetzungsarbeiten (z. B. neue Fenster) nach einem Jahr immer noch nicht abgeschlossen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit Informationen versorgt. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank gab es. Absolut top war auf jeden Fall das Frühstück. Dazu die Lage des Hotels. Die Altstadt mit Restaurantes und Shopping in der Fußgängerzone bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft gemütlich, das Bad sauber und gut ausgestattet (Hauspantoffel, Zahnbürsten) und das Bett sehr bequem. Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen, dass das ansonsten abwechslungsreiche und leckere Frühstück zuviel Plastikverpackung (Margarine, Marmelade) enthielt.

Hameln, the return after 15 years here with Army.

We chose this hotel as it was very close to the wonderful town of Hameln, only a ten minute walk. We wanted to visit Hameln because we used to live in the town when I was in the Armed Forces on a 6 year posting, and hadn’t been back there for 15 years since leaving there back in 2004, so it was only right that we went back there again. Hameln is a wonderful place to visit, full of history about the Pied Piper and stunning buildings. The hotel room we paid for was the Deluxe suite queen bed, which had en suite and a living area with fridge and large TV. We decided to fly there and hire a car so flight from London Stansted to Dortmund was perfect as it’s only a two hour drive on the Autobahn to Hameln. It was the best decision we made to choose to fly and hire a car and choose a hotel that is located perfectly close to the town. I would not hesitate in booking our next stay here again as the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would love to visit Hameln on many more occasions. May consider visiting again for the Christmas markets as from experience when living there, the Christmas markets are beautiful.

The room was fine, but the hotel did not provide water to the room (except for first day). Front desk needs to speak English for better interaction with customers. Toilet sink was not cleaned on a regular basis, in nutshell simple conditions for a hotel were not really met.

Grote, nette kamers. Vriendelijk personeel.... ontbijt is prima in orde. Parkeerplaats is een pluspunt. Enkel nog een frigo op de kamer en het de max geweest.
