No staff at all in the hotel. The check in reception is 2.5 km away from the hotel. Totally user unfriendly. Check in staff arrogant and totally unfriendly!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!

Check in until 10pm only. I called and told them that I would arrive at 10:30 at the latest. They did not help me and I cannot cancel the reservation ، The main entrance is on the main street, and they have a door in the back to the free parking, but it is closed so they force you to buy a parking. The rooms have strange names in German, and the key has a different name on it. I did not find my room easily. If you have children, I do not recommend it.The building is a little scary for children. At least my children started crying when we entered at night. We stayed for ten minutes looking for the entrance because we arrived from the back door and found it closed. You have to walk above 100 meters to reach the front door (with bag and infant)

1. Problem beim CheckIn Mit Ausweis konnten nicht alle Felder erkannt werden. Dann habe ich die Felder manuell korrigiert, was auch okay ist. - Angabe eines zweites Namens, obwohl ich keinen zweiten Namen habe, war erforderlich, damit ich weiterkomme. - Angabe Stadt und weiteres Feld Wohnort; ist obsolet. Es müsste heißen Land, weil man das Land auswählen muss. - Für ZimmerNr. sind Namen vergeben, was sehr ungünstig ist. Ich möchte nicht, dass andere wissen, wer mit welchen Namen reserviert hat. 2. Check in hat nicht auf meinen Namen funktioniert. Dies war für Zimmer Fischer, statt Schmidt. Ich stand zunächst am Zimmer Schmidt und bin nicht hineingekommen. Dann erst in der E-Mail Nachricht laß ich, dass es das Zimmer Fischer sei. 3.Leider keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit gegeben. Wenn man eine Frage hat oder ein technisches Problem. Bei voller Automatisierung sollte es gegeben sein, dass man zumindest telefonisch einen Ansprechpartner hat. Ich finde, es sollte eine Telefonnummer angegeben sein, die eben auch als Hotline dient. Sie geben eine Telefonnr. an, unter diese jedoch keiner erreichbar ist. 4. Leider kein ruhiges Zimmer, war zur Hauptstraße hin. Meinen Sonderwunsch konnte nicht gewährt werden. Vermutlich auch deshalb, weil die Zimmer vertauscht waren. 5. Sehr hellhörig vom Flur aus und über dem Zimmer. 6. Das Zimmer war ansonsten recht ansprechend. Gut, dass man die Fenster verdunkeln kann, man kann sich ein Kaffee machen, Mineralwasser stand auf dem Zimme

Hotellin sijainti erittäin hyvä, saapuminen ainakin etelän suunnasta hyvin helppoa. Viisihenkiselle perheelle riittävän tilava huone. Tiedusteluun varausnumerosta ja parkkipaikasta vastattiin vasta saapumispäivänä vaikka oli kysytty sähköpostilla jo lähes kaksi viikkoa etukäteen. Huoneemme sijaitsi heti tuloaulassa mikä oli sinällään erittäin hyvä, mutta oven alta paistoi valo, joten äänieristys oli todella huono. Onneksi sattui rauhallinen ilta/yö. Check-in oli todella helppo ja nopea tehdä aulassa.

Nur wenige Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof. Infos zum digitalen Self-Check-in gab es vorher per Mail, leider nicht ganz eindeutig zu welchem Tor/Schloss man musste um den Code einzugeben und auch die Reservierungsnummer hatte ich nicht und bekam sie nur nach Anruf. Zimmer war groß genug

Ja, es ist suboptimal, das Einchecken irgendwo anders machen zu müssen. Aber dafür ist das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Dementsprechend kann man es im Kauf nehmen. Nur eine 'negative' Bemerkung: Wir hatten das große (und eigentlich tolle) Familienzimmer für ganze viele Gäste (wir waren 'nur' 10). Und schon mit 10 Gästen aber nur ein Badezimmer wird es eng... Aber na ja, geschafft haben wir es trotzdem. Von daher alles fein.

Freundliches Personal, schlimmer Geruch

Der Check in war super freundlich und wurde von einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter an einem anderen Standort durchgeführt. Dort angekommen, lag ein wirklich unschöner Geruch in der Luft. Der Geruch hat einen starken Ekel in mir ausgelöst. Ich denke es lag an dem alten Teppich. Es roch nach nassen Hund. Ich habe kaum geschlafen und habe den Boden mit Handtüchern ausgelegt, weil dieser Geruch nur vom Teppich im ganzen Gebäude kommen kann. Ich wollte nichts berühren. Meine Kleidung hat danach gerochen.

Bra valuta for pengene 👍👍

Flott hotell Praktis rom med plass til 5 Prisgunstig alternativ. Bra bad/dusj! Koselig beliggenhet, landlig utsikt men kun få minutters gange til U-bahn og butikker/spisesteder. Minus for trafikkstøy, dårlig/ingen aircondition på natta, og det burde vært kjøleskap på rommet.

Hintansa arvoinen majoitus

Hyvä perushotelli. Huoneet hieman ahtaat, mutta hyvin mahduimme koko perhe huoneeseen. Sängyt olivat hyvät nukkua ja huoneet olivat siistit, välisiivous oli mukava yllätys. Ainut pieni harmi oli tuhkakuppi suoraan ikkunan alla, joten huoneen ikkunan auki pitäminen ei onnistunut savun tullessa huoneeseen. Jonkin verran kuului kolinaa muista huoneista. Vedenkeitin olisi kiva. Sisäänkirjautumisesta oli hyvät ja selkeät ohjeet ja juna-asemalta tullessa kirjautumispaikka oli matkan varrella. Kirjautuminen sujui helposti ja saimme hyvät ohjeet. Metroasema ja ruokakauppa ihan lähellä. Hintansa arvoinen majoitus.

Wir hatten das Zimmer König, Im Badezimmer keine Ablagemöglichkeiten - Badebeutel am Boden. Und für ein 4-Bett-Zimmer nur ein Kleiderhaken sowie 2 Stück Kleiderbügel ist eindeutig zu wenig. Sowie nur ein einziges Glas - sollen sich die Gäste ein Glas zum Zähneputzen teilen ?! Und die Decken waren zu dünn - meine Oma hat gefroren.

Es ist nicht möglich an der Unterkunft selbst ein zu checken. Die Rezeption befindet sich ca. 1km zu Fuß (15 - 20 Minuten) entfernt! Darauf wird in der Bestätigungsmail leider nur im Kleingedruckten hingewiesen und man übersieht es sehr leicht. Nicht grade toll… Die Zimmertür hat unten einen Spalt von ca. 3 cm, sodass jedes Geräusch vom Gang sehr laut nach innen dringt. Es ist also sehr laut und auch beengt. Das Bad ist winzig und der Abzug extrem laut. Licht und Abzug gehen immer automatisch an, wenn man das Bad betritt. Es ist extrem störend, wenn man mit Kindern dort übernachtet, da das Kinderschlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad und zum anderen Schlafzimmer ist. Alles in Allem, nicht empfehlenswert, vor allem nicht zu dem Preis.
