Ich war im hotel schon mehrmals. Das hotel reicht vollkommen aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das einzige was diesmal genervt hat ist, ich hatte mein Zimmer im flur also kurz vorm Fahrstuhl. Da ist jeder der auf der etage war runter oder rauf gefahren, sodass ich jeden gehört habe und nicht jeder ist rücksichtsvoll und ist leise gewesen. Sodass ich teilweise schon um 6 uhr von den leuten geweckt worden bin und spät in der nacht ebenso. Vielleicht kann das hotel ein schild vorm Fahrstuhl und im Fahrstuhl hängen um rücksichtnahme anderer hotelgäste bitten. Ansonsten war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit.

Second time here. Very happy with hotel, basic breakfast and facilities. Room service and reception are great and helpful. Ensuite rooms are clean, comfortable and have big opening windows. Nothing negative at all apart from the wait for the lift in the morning as hotel only has two lifts and if hotel is busy, you can be wsiting 5 mins or more. But stairs ok - apart from if you're on a top floor! I definitely stay here a third or fourth time!

Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut. Nettes Personal, aber ich hätte beim Auschecken die Nachfrage, ob alles ok war schön gefunden. Betten sehr weich und niedrig. Alles sehr staubig. Internet ist ok. Kloschüssel hatte bereits einen Sprung innen und obendrauf hinten mehrere Risse. Waschbeckenstöpsel war siffig und der Rand vom Abfluss auch. Spiegel nicht gut gereinigt. Fugen am Bodenrand teils dreckig. Glasregal dreckig. Im großen und ganzen nix für Allergiker bei dem vielen Staub. Hunde kosten extra, obwohl ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, dass die Zimmer extra gründlich gemacht werden. Frühstück: man wird satt, aber ich hätte mir vor allem sonntags Crossaints gewünscht und Rührei und Speck. Lachs wäre schön gewesen, aber für 3* denke ich zu viel verlangt. Umgebung: viele ausländische Geschäfte/Restaurants. Ich denke der Ausländeranteil ist in diesem Stadtteil höher. Für 1 Zwischenübernachtung hat es zwar gereicht, aber fand ich dann doch recht teuer. Ich brauche keinen Luxus, aber Sauberkeit und ein ausgiebiges Frühstück.

Das Dreibettzimmer war absolut ausreichend. Einziger Mangel war der Duschvorhang, der könnte mal gewechselt werden. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und gut. Auch das Parkhaus ist super sicher und für den Preis absolut fair.

2 Aufzüge für die Anzahl an Unterkünften sind zu wenig. Frühstück sehr mager. Für 1-2 Nächte okay. Sonst nicht zu empfehlen. Das türkische Restaurant vor dem Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Arrived before 11pm, exhausted after a long hard drive! Total confusion as there are two separate Hotels with the same name! Security guard showed me and let me in the underground car park but on check in was told it was the other hotel, same company but the other side of a busy road! I’m disabled and on crutches carrying my bags. The kind security man escorted me across to the other hotel! Redemption! The receptionist had been expecting me, handed me my electronic key but then said he could switch me to a ground floor room. There was a lift but he said this would be better for me as it had a disabled friendly bathroom! He carried my bags and checked out the room, went and got me a bottle of water and some chocolate!!! I was out like a light! Well done that man… 👍💕

Nach dreimaligen Umzug in ein akzeptables Zimmer ohne Gestank und Schimmel, trotzdem total abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Nur 2 Fahrstühle für 300 Zimmer, hält auf jeder Etage, ist ständig überfüllt , einmal 13 Minuten mit Gepäck gewartet um in die Lobby zu gelangen. Restaurant beim Frühstück völlig überfüllt, Angebot ist dürftig und auf Minimum begrenzt, ständig alles vergriffen, zu wenig Personal um sich den Belangen der Gäste zu widmen, großes Schubsen und Drängen der Gäste, einfach unangenehm. Widerlich wie sich einige benehmen, in Ruhe frühstücken aussichtslos, da 2 Busse und jede Menge Gäste gleichzeitig frühstückten. Fazit: Nie wieder

Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, aber das Badezimmer ließ leider zu wünschen übrig – der Toilettensitz war locker und die Dusche war schlecht positioniert und drehte sich während des Duschens ständig von selbst, was ziemlich unangenehm war. Das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, das Brot war trocken und schmeckte alt, und es fehlten frisches Obst, Rührei und Speck. Auch die Qualität der Aufschnitte war nicht überzeugend. Es war eines der schwächsten Frühstücke, das ich je in einer Unterkunft erlebt habe. Auch das Personal hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können. Ich hoffe, dass diese Punkte in Zukunft verbessert werden, denn die Unterkunft hat grundsätzlich Potenzial.
