Clean, newly renovated, 15 min walk to airport but very, very basic services. No Airport shuttle for an airport hotel. If all you’re looking for is a clean private bed and bathroom for $130 some a night, this is the place. If you like a few little more amenities such as a box of Kleenex, wash clothes, coffee maker in room, you’re out of luck. Most disappointing was that a full breakfast was included when we booked, also a card in the room confirmed that but as they are renovating there was no breakfast available. They offered a coffee and 2 kinds of basic pastries at the reception. A heads up would have been appreciated.

This hotel is as you would expect an Ibis to be, clean and comfortable. The only downside for me is the hotel is next to a main road which detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Basic hotel but based on price it was a decent stay. Room was clean on arrival. No noise in the room. My room faced the interior part of the hotel. Room was very basic, on the small size. No safe, no Kleenex/facial tissue paper.

It was bright and clean. Good selection of things to eat in the bars or restaurant for a vegetarian. Good selection in the shops for a last minute Xmas gift.

Very close to the airport and Lufthansa. Always has a nice staff who is friendly, and only a quick cab ride into the city center or the Harbor area to enjoy. Very clean hotel too.

Clean, great air conditioning. Make sure you got a booking reference number, bcs the hotel need that. I can’t check in with my itinerary and confirmation number, need to call Expedia to contact the hotel. A little mess but I managed to check in within 20 minutes.

Cleaning/Reception staff is good and very helpful. The rooms are really really small for three persons. We don't even have hot water kettle in room. Restaurant staff guy is really rude. He seems to be doing charity while talking to you even when you buy something.

Una noche en Hamburgo
Solo estuve una noche en este hotel porque ya regresaba a mi pais al da siguiente pero la atencion fue excelente por parte del staff. Muy cooperadores y serviciales. La habitacion estaba muy comoda y limpia. Lo escogi porque estaba cerca del Aeropuerto y no me arrepiento. Lo recomiendo 100%

Despite very difficult times the service was very good. The resteraunt was closed, but we were recommended to a local one, which was excellent.

Bed: It was really really uncomfortable. The "matress" was 2inch thick laying on a boxspring. It was so uncomfortable that I wasn't able to sleep all night. Wake up service: Employee offered us wake up service when we checked in. We were supposed to receive call at 3am. We didn't receive this wake up call. Fortunately, we were awake all night since the bed was so uncomfortable.

First stay in Germany!
My first stop in Germany and have to say thi was a really nice hotel, very modern, good breakfast too and not too pricey. Friendly staff and within walking distance of the airport (even if you have to cut through some random carparks lost in the dark haha). Room was spotlessly clean and tidy.

OK hotel for a short stay
This hotel has a close proximity to the airport and is totally fine for a short stay. I slept well in the bed. The bathroom is an odd pod-like construction and it felt like it was aboard a ship. The area is super boring but it’s located right next to the airport so that’s pretty much how it’s supposed to be.
