Great staff at front desk. I dropped something on the rug in the room and had to look under the bed and it was very dirty. Also had a stain on my pillowcase.

Zero room cleaning
There is minimal service (no room-cleaning at all during the entire stay) which is a legacy measure that was ascribed to have been introduced as part of COVID restrictions. These COVID restrictions have however been lifted in general yet the hotel has kept them in place at the same room rate!

Hotel was close to the airport and very modern. Had a late check in and there was a receptionist on which was good. Would have liked to have a drink on arrival it the roofbar was closed until further notice there was no drink facilities in the room and no place in the hotel to get a warm drink so we had to settle for something cold from a fridge in the cafe on the ground floor which had a limited selection. The next morning we found the same problem and there is nowhere in walking distance to get a drink from

The property was extremely clean, innovated by all standarts and great staff!! Will recommend to anyone, that want to stay next to the airport Hamburg.

Not much around the hotel, there is a bus stop opposite but it only comes twice an hour. You’re better off walking to the other bus stop which is about. A 10mins walk although it feels a bit deserted at night. I wanted to book a massage but was told they don’t offer massage facilities (although their website said otherwise) also, apparently there were robes provided for the sauna but I couldn’t see any. - was hard to navigate. The beds are very comfortable and good value for money

Well there was literally only one staff member that we saw. The hotel was almost completely empty. The room was nice and comfortable but a bit dusty I would assume barely used because of the pandemic. The place was a ghost town, we still had to pay 16 euros for parking for an empty hotel

Under the circumstances (COVID19) this was a very nice stay. No services though and not sure that room was completely cleaned as there were still soap residu on the shower handle and hair in teh sink.

Great hotel! Recommend!
I loved the hotel, very new, clean and beautiful. Amazing sound isolation, very quiet in the rooms. I would definitely stay again. The only two things that could be improved - 1) breakfast could have more variety and definitely better coffee, 2) rooms have very beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, however it makes it impossible to air the room and the AC was not strong enough to “renew” the air. But overall great hotel and service, thank you!

My wife and I used this hotel for the night before a flight. It gave us everything we needed... non-anxiety relaxation and comfort before the flight.

Upon arrival noticed that they want you to pay to park in their parking lot, there was no one at the reception desk so had to wait over 10 min for him to show (unprofessional), someone used my toilet (in my room) and didn't flush, the room has barely any lighting, my hair dryer was broken.

We picked this place because we had an early morning flight out of Hamburg and they had a free shuttle to airport. The hotel is out of the way with no services or restaurants nearby. For everything you have to go to take the shuttle to airport. The hotel is basically like a three star motel is US/Canada. Rooms are basic. Our air condition was not working and a technician had to come fix it. They did not give us the twin/double room we requested.

Dear Dave, thank you for your valuable feedback on your recent stay with us. We want to apologise for the inconvenience that occurred during your stay. Since we are an Airport hotel and the Hamburg Airport is not directly in the City Center, it taked round about 25 minutes to get downtown. We do offer a restaurant within the hotel and there is one nearby as well. Otherwise I agree that you have to take the shuttle, bus or a taxi to get to a different one (there are plenty in just a short driving distance). There is one point I kindly have to disagree on though. Thre star motels in the US and Canada are different in many ways. Motels do not offer the Services we do (e.g. spa, bar, Fitness Center, Restaurant etc.). Our rooms offer everything other 4-star Hotels in Germany offer as well, like a Minibar, TV and other amenities. We would like to thank you again for your review. This hotel is 5 minutes shuttle ride from the airport. The hotel is very quiet, you don’t hear the planes. The shuttle to the airport goes every 20 minutes. We got a free upgrade and the free drink coupon, who can beat that? The staff upfront was very nice, helpful and spoke perfect English. Will definitely stay there again.
