Extremely polite and efficient staff. Comfortable room, decent size.

Good location, parking downstairs. Would consider staying if I were in the area again.

Great property, very spacious especially for Japan city standards. Only gripe is with being able to talk to a representative is especially difficult. For example, parking is in specific spots, I came home one evening and found another car in my spot, I couldn't do anything about it. Nice and spacious apartment, large bathroom (shower only). Payment for the apartment needs to be made at a Family Mart around 15 walk from the property.

Room is clean and big with fully furnished. Location is next to Ootoya and McDonald. 10 minutes walk to American Village.
