Someone knocked on the window at 6:30 am and my husband saw a female person with backpack there she immediately left. This was reported to management. The ac unit kept us comfortable on a humid rainy night. "

I did not feel well enough to stay any longer I left as soon as I could get myself together and did not feel good enough to eat due to my health and the condition of the hotel. "

"The front desk staff was extremely rude. Someone opened my door at 10:30pm. I was sound asleep. Phone in the room was broken. So I used my cell. Dee, front desk, dismissed my concern about my door being opened. She was so very rude. Luckily I carry door safety devices which prevents anyone from actually coming in. I hardly slept after that incident. I will contact the hotel management about this problem and staff member. "

Definitely didn’t need a white noise machine to sleep between the noise from the AC/Heat unit, the compressor on the refrigerator and the knocking in the wall from the water pipes. Staff was great. Room not so much. "
